Meet our special guest

Sarah Crabtree from Evoke Classics (and formerly Bangers and Cash )

Sarah will be joining us on Saturday as a special guest within the main arena and will be supported by her team at Evoke Classics.

“Supporting our car clubs is something the Evoke Classics team and I feel very strongly about, after all, they are at the heart of what we do as enthusiasts. So of course, we are very excited to have been asked by the event team to be part of the Inter-club Weekend. They have hit the nail on the head with the concept of working together, for each other. As the website firmly states, we are stronger together! ”

How do clubs sign up?

Expressions of interest can be sent in the first instance to Wayne Scott (PR for the event) at wayne@classicheritagepr.co.uk stating which club you are enquiring from and a rough estimate of the number of vehicles likely to attend (for space allocation). Please also include a main contact for your display.

We will confirm receipt of your enquiry and then add you to the list of exhibiting clubs. In the New Year, all confirmed clubs will then be invited to an online meeting, where you will meet the organising team from TR Register, MG Car Club and TSSC to share more details from the event and to get to know each other.

Who is this new show for?

Everyone! The event aims to provide a venue for all the UK’s historic vehicle club’s national weekends to be held together - in a festival format. Clubs have been allocated a FREE display space where they can promote membership, merchandise and more. Each club will retain and celebrate its own identity and vehicles at this collaborative event.

Where does the money go?

The event is run on a not-for-profit basis. If a surplus is made, then it will be distributed back to the participating clubs as a commission based on tickets sold.

Disabled access

Mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs MUST BE PRE-BOOKED. These, when ordered, will be located within the disabled car park, behind the main arena.

A 4mph mobility scooter with a carrying capacity of up to 137kg costs £110 plus either a £100 refundable insurance excess deposit or a £15 insurance excess waiver fee. Includes use for the full weekend plus delivery and collection from the site.

Horizon Mobility also asks that hirers pay a refundable £25 return to base deposit to encourage people to return the scooter to the main pick up / drop off point.
